At Kickboxing Nanaimo, we are committed to creating a community of positive and encouraging people working together to empower each other to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.

We have open gym times so you can work on your best self at your convenience. Each pre-booked session is 1 1/2 Hours.
Come in and choose from a variety of individual workouts or get help designing your very own workout from one of our coaches.
Working out at your own pace to reach your goals in a safe, supportive, fun environment is the name of the game.
We are excited for our new personal approach to coaching and look forward to helping you reach your goals!

We combine body strength, bag rounds in a 1 1/2 Hour session to give you a great workout.

Each workout we provide takes you through a series of strength building, fat burning and toning exercises working all while working at your own pace.
